Our handmade Halloumi is made of pure and fresh goat and sheep milk. The combination of milk quality, ethics and tradition guarantee a subtle, falvoursome halloumi that grills to perfection. The animals are shepered in small herds for 2-3 hours per day and are fed with corn, barley, raspeseed and soya, all GMO free. A microbial rennet has been used to yield a high-quality product making suitable for vegeterians.
