About Us

Fresko started in 2015 from 4 university graduates originally coming from Cyprus. Their passion for healthy lifestyle and fitness has motivated them to start producing their own kefir in their partner's creamery premises in Cyprus and other natural products. Fresko sources milk from small Cyprus farms that operate under sustainable and technologically advanced practices. Fresko produces a tasty goat kefir, product of culture solely based on goat milk. Along with the kefir, Fresko makes a traditional Goat & Sheep Halloumi by replicating the Cyprus traditional hand processed methods that have been used for centuries by the locals.
